Calculator data

Calculations run locally on your device. There are no calculator accounts, contact forms, comments, or uploads, and calculator inputs are not transmitted to Managrio.

Public-holiday service

Country, region, year, and custom events are processed locally in your browser by the Calendar Generator. They are not sent to Managrio or to a holiday-data service.

Employee planner data

Employee IDs, optional names, schedules and absences are processed and saved locally in the browser. Managrio does not receive this information. Sick leave can reveal health information; do not enter diagnoses and do not use this tool on a shared device.

Hosting and server logs

When a page is requested, the web host may process technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser, and operating system. This is necessary to deliver and protect the website and is based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention is determined by the host's technical and legal requirements.

Browser storage

Managrio stores the selected language in local browser storage and uses a session marker to avoid repeating automatic language detection. These preferences remain on your device and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Preferences are saved on this device.

Analytics, cookies, and advertising

Managrio currently has no analytics or active advertising. Google advertising code is disabled and is not loaded. Before advertising or non-essential tracking is activated, this policy will be updated and the required consent mechanism will be introduced.

Your data protection rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may also complain to a competent data protection authority. Use the contact address above for a request.
